Stage-by-Stage Process

We follow a structured cleaning schedule aligned with every stage of construction — from site set-up through to final handover — so the right crew with the right equipment is always on site at the right time.

Machine & Crane Capability

We deploy specialised machine crews and crane trucks — not just manual labourers. Bobcat and crane access means faster, safer rubble removal at slab, brick, tiling and final cleans.

Full OHS Compliance

Every clean meets OHS requirements without question. Supervisors can call an unlimited number of OHS General Cleans throughout the build to maintain a safe environment for all trades and the public.

Site Cage Supplied & Managed

We supply, set up, fill and remove your site cage — including the lid. No sourcing, no coordinating, no stress. Bags for plaster offcuts delivered to the garage before plasterers arrive.

Priority Scheduling

Slab cleans, pre-scaffold cleans, and handover cleans are all prioritised in our scheduling. Let us know your handover date and we’ll make sure you’re ready on time — every time.

Ready for CofO

Our final clean includes machine level-off, battered grading away from the slab, and legal step builds at all external doors — everything your site needs to meet Certificate of Occupancy requirements.

Book Your First Clean

Site Set-Up

Site cage with lid supplied and set up securely by a TSR labourer. Full perimeter clean — back and sides of property — gates and fences checked straight and secure.

Slab Clean

Specialised machine crew. Crushed rock spread through driveway and perimeter. Site levelled with soil graded away from slab to eliminate ponding. Vapour barrier pulled up around perimeter. Footpath, crossover and roadway cleaned. Priority scheduling guaranteed.

Frame Clean

Crane trucks for rubbish removal. Full perimeter clean, all timber offcuts removed, cage emptied. Plaster bags delivered to garage for plasterers (2x SS, 4x DS).

Roof On

Crane truck and machine crew. Machine removal of broken roof tiles, excess roof battens and valley board. 10 spare tiles stacked neatly in garage. Full perimeter clean.

Pre-Scaffold Clean (DS)

Machine removal of broken bricks and excess mortar in preparation for scaffold install. Mortar cleaned from base of brickwork. Priority scheduling for scaffold install deadlines.

Brick Clean / Post-Scaffold — Lock Up

Machine removal of broken bricks and excess mortar. 20 spare bricks stacked in garage. Brick sand spread on site. Full perimeter clean, cage emptied.

Plaster Clean

Crane trucks for rubbish and plaster removal. Full perimeter clean, all plaster offcut bags removed from site.

Final Clean

Crane truck and specialised machine crew. Full machine level-off with ground battered from slab. Legal steps built at all external doors. Garage swept clean with spare materials stacked. Cage removal optional. Priority scheduling available when handover date provided.

OHS General Cleans — Unlimited

Supervisors can request OHS general cleans at any point during the build. Ideal for Rough In stage, after Lock Up, or around painting. Full perimeter clean and cage empty each visit.

We’re Canberra-based and Canberra-focused. We understand local site conditions, scheduling demands, and the high standard expected by ACT builders and developers.

Important Notes & Site Conditions

Limited, restricted, or no crane and/or bobcat access may incur additional charges — assessed on a per-job basis.

Concreters are responsible for waffle pods and leftover steel — these items are outside TSR’s scope of works.
We do not go underneath scaffold to clean by hand due to OHS requirements.
We do not go inside the house (except the garage) to clean or sweep out.
Any additional waste dumped onsite will incur an additional charge.
Excess spoil will be levelled off where possible. TSR will notify the site supervisor if spoil removal is required; this can be arranged separately.
Our intention is to arrive at each stage of the build so we can manage and recycle the waste appropriately. It is a case of constant maintenance rather than cleaning great piles of construction waste. This makes the site much safer for other trades whilst adhering to the high standards you have for site presentation.

Our fixed price gives you peace of mind and the ability to stay on budget and on time.
